The resort is set in a beautiful natural environment with many hot springs and pools of different temperatures, making it perfect for relaxation. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing great entertainment for both adults and kids. the restaurant offers a selection of healthy meals, with many ingredients sourced from the organic garden. Rooms are clean and modern, and the mud bath leaves one's skin feeling soft and glowing.

Some activities at the resort require an extra fee, which may not be ideal for an all-inclusive experience.

Great pools and hot springs to relax in. the spa treatments were fantastic and provided great relaxation. Location was great, with plenty of nearby activities to enjoy. All the members of the staff were very friendly and polite, which made us feel very welcome.

Food quality was poor, and we didn't appreciate having to pay extra for certain foods. Rooms were small and cramped, with outdated furnishings and appliances.

The Natural setting was beautiful, and the hot springs were very relaxing. the spa services were excellent. the staff and service were very professional and kind.

The food was mediocre and overpriced. the hotel was overcrowded and noisy, and the rooms were not adequately soundproofed.
